Marie-Anne Gagnier

Team Leader

Anne has been an award winning REALTOR® every year since 1983. She has earned The Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame Award and Platinium Club Award.

She is recognized as an Industry Leader and is very involved in her Community.  Anne is a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and CDS Military Family Fund benefitting Canadian Military Families.

Anne has served as a Director on the Ottawa Real Estate Board, but most importantly, Anne has committed herself to her profession.  She continues to give unparalleled service to her clients.

F. Dwight Delahunt

Team Leader

Dwight has been an award winning REALTOR® every year since 1988. Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame and Platinum Club are a testament to his skill as a Relocation Specialist and Accredited Buyers Representative.

Dwight serves as Vice President of the Ottawa Real Estate Board and is very active in organized real estate. Dwight’s proactive business and marketing plans, along with professional and award winning style, has provided many clients with seamless transactions.

Rachelle Shea

Susan Forgues

Sales Representative

Susan brings a rather unique real estate perspective to the Anne & Dwight Team. A former military pilot, she and her husband (also retired military) have been posted to more than 20 cities in their careers including Edmonton, Cold Lake, Winnipeg, North Bay, Ottawa, Kingston, and Oromocto NB, as well as to the US, the UK and Germany internationally. Since retiring from the Canadian Forces, Susan worked briefly at NavCanada as a Flight Data Analyst and completed a BA in Anthropology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  On a subsequent posting to Kingston ON, she completed a Master of Education degree (M. Ed., Queens University) which focused on aptitude testing of military pilot candidates.

Susan’s hobbies include sewing, reading, gardening and cooking. She is an ardent animal lover/rescuer and lives in Orleans with her husband and their three rescued pets.
