Knowing and respecting that you are busy and may have limited time, the initial consultation can be done in person (in our office or at a mutually agreed upon location) or via telephone, whichever you prefer.  We are easy going, informative, and flexible and will happily work around your time schedule. 

During this session we will ask several questions to get a clear picture of your real estate needs & goals.  The following are some of the questions you can expect to hear from us.  

• What is the reason for your move? 

• What neighborhood(s) would fit your lifestyle? 

• How many people will be living there?  Do you have any pets?

• Are you looking for a single-family, multi-family, condominium?

• What features are important to you in a new home? 

• Are amenities such as a fireplace, central a/c, outdoor space, and/or parking important to you? 

• What is your initial price range? 

• Do you have a mortgage pre-approval & down payment? 

Knowing these answers will help filter out properties not meeting your criteria before scheduling any private showings.

This session will also provide you with the opportunity to ask us questions.  It’s an opportunity for you to know us as a team, along with our services and what we have to offer.
