In order to provide our clients with professional and effective service, we agree to commit ourselves to the following services:
- We will provide you with written competitive market evaluation at no obligation. This will help you determine the correct price to ask for your home.
- We will provide tips on making your home very showable to potential buyers. This will help your home compete well against other homes for sale.
- We will install and maintain our “For Sale” sign on your lawn. It’s your agent on duty 24 hours a day.
- We will prepare a highlight sheet so buyers are able to remember your home at the end of the day.
- We will, through our extensive marketing program, expose your home to a great number of potential buyers.
- We will carefully screen prospective buyers, to ensure that your home is exposed to qualified buyers.
- We will attend all negotiations acting as your agent and do our best to get you the best possible price for your home.
- We will provide buyers with assistance in obtaining suitable financing.
- We will see that the necessary paperwork is sent to lawyers, mortgage lenders, etc. to ensure that the closing proceeds as smoothly as possible.
- We will, on a regular basis, review with you of all the activity on your home.
If we fail to meet any of our commitments, you have the right to cancel the Listing Agreement in accordance with the local Real Estate Board by-laws.
