Prior to Listing

Step #1-Initial Contact

Upon contacting The Anne & Dwight Team, a Pre-Listing Package will be delivered to your door.

Step #2-Receipt of pre-listing Package

Upon receipt of this package, please take a moment to familiarize yourselves with its contents.   The following section, “Vendor’s Homework” is a section that we hope you will take a few moments to complete prior to our meeting.

Step #3 – Walkthrough of your home.

During this meeting we will review the completed “Vendor’s Homework” and do a thorough walk through of your home. This will enable us to determine a value whilst preparing the customized appraisal of your home.

Step#4 – Meeting

We will meet with you at our office or in your home to present our market analysis findings, and discuss our recommended list price and if you wish, complete all the necessary paperwork to list your home.

Once your home is listed

Final Touches

Upon completion of the paperwork, our Office Coordinator Rachelle Shea will set up a convenient time to take the measurements, install a lockbox and arrange for professional photographs of your home.  This will enable us to fully market your home via multiple websites and virtual tours.

Sign & Lockbox

If you agree, a sign and lockbox will be installed on your property. Turn around time for the sign installation, will vary depending on your location.

In addition to our entire team of sales staff being available to our clients, we also have an experienced full-time Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative/office coordinator ready to assist you whenever needed.  Please feel free to contact Rachelle Shea anytime at 613-837-0000.  This is in addition to the Re/Max front office support staff who co-ordinate all showing requests for your home.
